Meat Beat Manifesto - Armed Audio Warfare

For the last Meat Beat Manifesto #WaxTraxFriday feature we're looking at the early albums Armed Audio Warfare + 99%. Armed Audio Warfare was released in September 1990 with Wax Trax! Records issuing it in the USA on LP, cassette and CD. Most of Armed Audio Warfare was actually supposed to be their first album but the recorded masters were destroyed in a studio fire so what was left along with some other remixes and alternative versions were compiled into this album. It has been reissued several times on CD in the USA by Wax Trax! Records/TVT (1993), Mute USA (1995) and Run Recordings (2003). Jack Dangers himself recently remastered it for digital releases:

Meat Beat Manifesto's actual second studio album was 99% and this was released in the USA via Play It Again Sam USA (which was essentially run and distributed by Wax Trax! Records) but only on vinyl LP. It was reissued in the USA in 1996 including a CD edition by Mute USA. Play It Again Sam (Europe) eventually released it digitally via iTunes/Amazon:
