<PIG> - The Swining

By 1993 Raymond Watts had established friendships/business relationships in Japan and released his third album The Swining exclusively in Japan, via the Alfa label, on 21st November 1993, and thus, it has just passed its 25th anniversary! The album was reissued on 2nd November 1999 by Cleopatra in the USA, who also included the Red Raw & Sore single as bonus tracks. Both physical CDs are now collectable especially as there has been no digital release for the material. It's a spigtacular album and it's a great shame that it's not more easily available for fans.

A super-rare limited edition Japanese only 12" single was released for The Fountain Of Miracles track from the album.

Music videos were filmed for this track, The Fountain Of Miracles, and also The Seven Veils, but they remain unreleased on any physical format. There are rather dodgy, low quality clips available on the chitterlings of the internet i.e. Google's YouTube, where artists are treated like manure and offered just digital scraps of an income:

The following year, in 1994 (thus its 25th anniversary next year), <PIG> briefly returned to the Wax Trax! sty with the collaborative single K.M.F.D.M. vs <PIG> - Sin Sex & Salvation. Watts was originally a member of K.M.F.D.M. until 1988 but has collaborated with them on several occasions since. Although the single is not available digitally, thankfully, it's still relatively easy to obtain on the secondhand market, albeit at a price reflecting its age and physical only availability.
