Revolting Cocks - Big Sexy Land

Revolting Cocks was an industrial supergroup formed in 1985 and has had various members over the years. Initially, Richard Jonckheere (of Front 242) was a member of the band and Al Jourgensen was to be the producer but as time went by Richard left and Uncle Al's influence and contribution to the band became much larger. Their first album Big Sexy Land was released in November 1986 by Wax Trax! Records to huge acclaim and includes elements of electronic, EBM, industrial, sampling and rock. It has been reissued by Devotion (UK 1992), Wax Trax!/TVT (USA 1993) and Rykodisc (2004) and digitally via Cleopatra (2014). Collectors should look out for a USA test pressing promo LP, the UK original vinyl LP and the UK reissue cassette.
